Day 1 : Buenos Aires

Welcome To Argentina. On arrival, our Tour Manager / Local Representative will welcome you and take you to the hotel. Buenos Aires is a complex, energetic, and seductive port city, which stretches south-to-north along the Rio de la Plata; it has been the gateway to Argentina for centuries. Porteños, as the people of Buenos Aires are known, possess an elaborated and rich cultural identity. They value their European heritage highly, and the lifestyle and architecture are markedly more European than any other inSouth America. But the city has also spawned its own art forms, notably the tango, for which Buenos Aires is famous. Evening is free to relax or experience the city on your own.

Day 2 : Buenos Aires

Night tour of Buenos Aires
Today, proceed on a guided city tour of Buenos Aires. During this tour we will visit Avenida de Mayo that runs into the Plaza De Mayo, which is surrounded by the Casa Rosada (Government House), the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Cabildo (first City Hall, built during Spanish rule). At the other end of Avenida de Mayo you find the Congress building. Later, we stop at La Boca, a most colorful area. At the famous street Caminito you will meet painters offering their Tango pictures. Passing Colon Theatre, one of the world’s best known Opera House and the cultural pride of the “porteños” (as the inhabitants of Buenos Aires are commonly called), we continue to Palermo with its beautiful parks and the City Zoo. Palermo is beautiful for its artificial lakes. In the evening, before the Tango Show learn a 1 hour shared free Tango Lesson at Tango Porteño followed by Tango Show with Local Dinner at Magnificent Tango Porteño. Tango Porteño recovers that spirit crystallized in a unique place. Magically it recreates the best and most transcendental time ever in the history of tango framed within a luxurious building of those days that used to be a movie theater of the Metro Goldwyn Meyer. Later we proceed to night tour of Buenos Aires. Explore the beauty of Buenos Aires at night. We will enjoy the Spaniards Monument, the Planetario, Palermo, the Racetrack, Recoleta, a walking trip, Subway Line A, National Congress, Plaza de Mayo (square) Puerto Madero, Lola Mora, Buenos Aires Casino. Discover the beauty of the spectacular nightlife.

Day 3 : Lima

Fly to Lima
Guided City Tour of Lima
Visit Larco Herrera Museum
Today, check out the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Lima – the capital of Peru. Its magnificent colonial architecture led UNESCO to declare the historic centre of Lima a World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, proceed on a guided city tour of Lima. On your tour you will explore the old and the new Lima. The Plaza de Armas with the beautiful buildings of the government Palace, the town hall, the Palace of the archbishop and the cathedral are still the most important places in town.m Later visit Larco Herrera Museum, which represents an architectural heritage of national significance.

Day 4 : Lima

Day Free
Suggested Excursion: Nazca Lines
Today, the day is free to explore Lima own your own OR we suggest a full day excursion to Nazca Lines – where you will experience the flight over the famous Nazca lines. The Nazca lines are a series of ancient geoglyphs located in the Nazca Desert in southern Peru. These lines are in complexity from simple lines to stylized hummingbirds, spiders, monkeys, fish, sharks, orcas and lizards. On this tour you will be picked up from your hotel in Lima, and travel south along Peru’s southern coastal highway. After 3 hours and 45 minutes you will arrive at the Pisco airport. There, you will climb onboard a 12-passenger Cessna Grand Caravan aircraft for a 90 minute flight over the Nazca Lines. After your flight experience you will be dropped back to hotel in Lima by evening.

Day 5 : Cuzco

Fly to Cuzco
Guided City Tour of Cuzco
Today, check out of the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cuzco. Arrive at Cuzco airport where you will meet your local guide, who will transfer you to your hotel. Cuzco is at an high altitude. There could be respiratory problems. However, the hotels supply free “Special Tea” & Oxygen cylinders as well. Afternoon, proceed on guided city tour of Cuzco. See the archaeological sites remains from Inca times located nearby, and the Colonial art treasures from the Spanish times. Visit the famous Temple of the Sun and the Korikancha.

Day 6 : Cuzco

Full Day Tour of Machu Picchu
Today, depart for a full day tour to Machu Picchu with lunch at Sanctuary Lodge. Transfer to the train station and board the train which passes through the valley until AguasCalientes. From here small busses drive up the steep mountain to the ruins of Machu Picchu. Called the Lost City of the Incas, Cultural Heritage of Mankind is one of the names given to this wonderful stone city constructed with a technique incredible for its era and even for present times. Stone upon stone, fitted together perfectly without any cement, with impressive delicacy, exquisite detail and discrimination worthy of the world’s greatest palaces. There are many theories about Machu Picchu, but one thing is for sure – it is one of the most impressive sites ever. Return to Cuzco and transfer to your hotel.

Day 7 : Iguazzu

Fly to Iguassu
Today, check out of the hotel and proceed to the airport for your flight to Iguassu via Lima. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel.Iguassu is famous for its Falls – located at the border with Brazil and Argentina. The Iguassu Falls are the highlight of the Argentine/Brazilian rainforest. The falls are the widest and most imposing water falls on Earth.

Day 8 : Iguazzu

Boat Ride at the Falls
Today, we depart for a visit to the Argentinean part of the falls. Take a boat ride that goes almost to the foot of the falls. The impressive scenery surrounded by its wide sub-tropical vegetation, flora and fauna is certainly an unforgettable image that remains forever in one’s mind. Take a train that leads visitors to and from the most impressive observation point of the falls -The Devil’s Throat.

Day 9 : Rio

Iguassu Falls from Brazilian Side
Fly to Rio de Janeiro
Today, we check out the hotel and depart for an interesting visit to the Brazilian side of the falls. Walking along the 1.500 mts long paths following cascades and then walking along the catwalk that leads very close to the bottom of the Devil’s Throat, you will enjoy magnificent views. In the evening, we transfer to the airport for our flight to Rio de Janeiro. Rio De Janeiro – was the capital of the Portuguese empire and of the country up until 1960. Nicknamed – “The Marvelous City” is world renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and location nestled between steep, green mountains and crystal clear seas. Rio is one of the most important cultural city in Brazil. Upon arrival you will be transferred to hotel.

Day 10 : Rio

Sugar Loaf & Corcovado Mountain
Visit Copacabana Beach
Samba Show
Today, visit the two highlights of the city – Corcovado and Sugar Loaf. Proceed to Cosme Velho Train station to board the interesting cogwheel, to reach the Corcovado Mountain and visit the beautiful statue of Christ-The Redeemer, blessing the city in a 360o way. After some time for photos, take the train back to the Cosme Velho station for a drive along the beaches to reach another interesting point Red Beach with the beautiful cable car station, where you will board your cable car to Urca Hill and Sugar Loaf Mountain, where you will be able to admire Guanabara bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Also, visit the famous Copacabana Beach. Next, you will proceed to the downtown area for a sightseeing of Rio De Janeiro’s historical parts. Later, in the evening, we take you to see a Samba Show. Experience the glamour and rhythm of a colorful Samba Show, at the Plataforma, where you’ll be entertained by brilliantly costumed dancers and musicians. Rio means Carnival, symbolized by the exciting music, exotic costumes and rhythmic dance of the Samba, a fusion of Portuguese, native and African influences. You’ll be caught up in the excitement of this cultural journey, with a spectacular light show and a stage full of beautiful dancers.

Day 11 : Amazon

Visit to the Monkey Forest

Night Tour of Amazon Rainforest by Canoe
Today, we check out the hotel and transfer to Rio de Janeiro airport to board the flight to Manaus. Upon arrival you will be transferred by boat to the lodge. Next, we visit the Monkey Forest. The facilities for rehabilitation and re-introduction of wild animals in their habitat (known as Monkey Forest), was created in 1991 with the intention of receiving animals that have been confiscated from illegal commerce. This is a joint project with the Municipal Secretary of Environment and Sustainability. In this center, the animals are initially put into quarantine to be evaluated and taken care of by a team of veterinaries and biologists. The duration of the tour of the center will be about 40 minutes to 1 hour. Later, we visit to a Native Resident’s House. Guests will depart from the lodge on a boat or motorized canoe, accompanied by a bilingual guide to learn about the traditions and customs of local Amazonian natives. The duration of this tour varies according to the place visited, and during low water level seasons a boat may not be required. At high water level seasons, distant communities may be visited and the tour can last up to three hours. After visiting the native’s house some fishing may be done.After dinner, you will be taken on Night tour of Amazon by Canoe. Depart lodge in paddle or motorized canoes, to appreciate the sounds of the jungle at night, with the possibility to spot small alligators (or other nightly creatures). Alligators are spotted because their eyes shine like small red lights. Once the alligator is spotted by the guide’s spotlight, he will try to catch a small alligator with his own hands and bring it on to the canoe, and a brief explanation of their habitat follows. The alligator will then be safely released back to the river.

Day 12 : Amazon

Amazon Rainforest – Natural Hiking & Fishing Tour
Today, we go on a Nature Hiking Tour. Biodiversity is the main characteristics of ECOPARK. It includes uncatalogued species in virgin rainforest, natural savannahs and creeks. Several streams of crystal clear warm water run through the rainforest. During the tour, the guide will lead clients and educate them about the local flora/fauna, how and where to find edible fruits and potable water, first aid, how to find their way in the forest and much more. The duration of this hike will be one to three hours, depending on health conditions of the participants. Later, we take you on a Fishing Tour. Depart lodge in paddle or motorized canoes, accompanied by a Bilingual guide. (Fishing of piranhas and other species, depending on season). It is a nonprofessional fishing.

Day 13 : Amazon

Amazon Rainforest – Meeting of the Waters
Today, we proceed on a tour of Meeting of the Waters. Departs from the lodge in the morning on board a regional double deck boat. The boat goes down the Negro River navigating along the shore of the City of Manaus, allowing passengers to view the Amazonas Theater, the Port of Manaus, the Customs and the interesting aspects of the local life – the stilt houses for instance. Arrival at The Meeting of the Waters by 11h30am. It’s a spectacular merge of Negro and Solimões Rivers. From this point on both rivers form the famous Amazon River that runs all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. The waters of the two rivers run together for about 12kms, side by side, without mixing. The phenomenon happens due to differences in temperature, density and speed of the waters of the rivers. Overnight at the Amazon Eco Park Lodge or similar.

Day 14 : Departure

Amazon Rainforest – Manaus – Fly Back Home
After breakfast, guests will have a morning of leisure to relax and explore the area, then transfer back to Manaus airport to take a flight back to home.

1) Buenos Aires is Argentina’s big, cosmopolitan capital city. Its center is the Plaza de Mayo, lined with stately 19th-century buildings including Casa Rosada, the iconic, balconied presidential palace. Other major attractions include Teatro Colón, a grand 1908 opera house with nearly 2,500 seats, and the modern MALBA museum, displaying Latin American art.

2) Lima, the capital of Peru, lies on the country’s arid Pacific coast. Though its colonial center is preserved, it’s a bustling metropolis and one of South America’s largest cities. It’s home to the Museo Larco collection of pre-Columbian art and the Museo de la Nación, tracing the history of Peru’s ancient civilizations. The Plaza de Armas and the 16th-century cathedral are the heart of old Lima Centro.

3) Cusco, a city in the Peruvian Andes, was once capital of the Inca Empire, and is now known for its archaeological remains and Spanish colonial architecture. Plaza de Armas is the central square in the old city, with arcades, carved wooden balconies and Incan wall ruins. The baroque Santo Domingo Convent was built on top of the Incan Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha), and has archaeological remains of Inca stonework.
