Check in and Embarkation
Please present your completed immigration forms, original passport/government photo ID and Confirmation Slip to the counter staff.
Disembarkation
Ensure all travel documents such as passport/government photo ID and relevant visa are in your hand carry bag for prompt and fast disembarkation process. There may be instances where you would need to complete certain documentation to enable to disembark at some ports of call.
Baggage
We recommend that each guest take no more than one checked in baggage and one hand carry bag. These must fit comfortably in your cabin as no baggage will be stored in the ship’s hold. Your total baggage weight should not be more than 30kg.

Failure to submit passport information as required may result to deny boarding.
Star Cruises will NOT be liable for any refund of the cruise fare in part nor in full should the passenger be denied boarding.

A Guest under 18 years of age (“Minor”) must be accompanied by a Guest 18 years or older (“Accompany Adult”). The Accompanying Adult expressly agrees to be responsible for the Minor throughout the Cruise…” Every adult Guest travelling with any minor Guest, shall be responsible for the safety, conduct and behaviour of the minor Guest.
PASSENGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, VISAS AND OTHER IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS (WHICH MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING APPLICABLE EXAMPLES; ORIGINAL PHOTO ID/DRIVER'S LICENSE, BIRTH CERTIFICATES FOR CHILD BELOW 12 YEARS OLD, PASSPORT VALIDITY OF AT LEAST 6 MONTHS) ARE IN ORDER AND COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM THEIR HOME COUNTRY. NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION WILL BE MADE TO PASSENGERS WHO ARE DENIED EMBARKATION RESULTING FROM NON-COMPLIANCE OF IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS.

1. Access Card/ Boarding Pass
Access card is used for onboard identity card, onboard charge card, gangway security pass and cabin key card
It is an identification card. Issued to all passengers in exchange for your Travel Documents before you can board the ship and upon collection before disembarkation
Please keep the access card with you at all times during the entire cruise Please remember to bring along your access card throughout the cruise for inclusive dining privilege verification.
2. Boarding
Please present your Passport/ Travel Documents together with the access card upon boarding.
3.Star Navigator (Ship’s Programme Sheet)
Please refer to the day’s Star Navigator for all restaurants’ opening hours and programme highlights of the day. You can find a copy of Star Navigator in your stateroom or pick it up from the Reception Counter on Deck
4. Gala Dinner
Pre-Gala Cocktails at Stardust Lounge (Deck 10): 6:00pm / 6:15pm
Gala Dinner: 6:30pm / 6:45pm (1st Seating) and 9:00pm (2nd Seating)
Only available for 4D3N sailing.
Dress Code: Elegant casual, no shorts or open-toed footwear is allowed.
All garment for gentlemen must come with a collar.
Guests are required to make advance reservations for the Gala Dinner.
Gala Dinner schedule for special cruises are according to the sailing schedules and might be different from the above timings.
5. More Information
Currency used onboard is Singapore dollar.
Prior to disembarkation, please ensure that all outstanding bills are cleared before retrieving your passport.
All drinks ordered from any F&B outlets are chargeable.
Please note all heating devices such as iron, cooking plate, water heater, etc. are prohibited onboard the cruise.
All Guest are strictly prohibited from bringing any alcohol, alcoholic drink, intoxicating liquor or beverage onboard the ship
Star Cruises reserves the right to refuse any passengers whose condition is not made known to the cruise line prior to sailing, and shall not be required to refund any portion of the cruise fare paid by these passengers. Subject to Star Cruises’ Terms and Conditions.
Check in & Embarkation
Arrival at the check-in area
Upon your arrival at the check-in area, please present your Confirmation Slip to the staff.
If you're an Admiral Class guest, our Guest Services Co-ordinator will meet and assist you with the check-in.
For Balcony Class* guests, it is best that you check in together with your family, relatives and friends if everyone is cruising on Balcony Class to enjoy priority embarkation.
Please note that if you are booked on Balcony Class* while your family, relatives and friends are sailing as World Cruisers, it is not possible to check-in on their behalf and neither will they enjoy priority check-in or boarding.
As there are a large number of World Cruiser guests checking in at the same time we suggest that one person check in on behalf of the rest of the group but please ensure that you have all their passports and travel documents ready.

Waiting to check-in While waiting to check-in, our staff will check your passport for validity and visas (if required) in order to expedite the check-in process.
Please present your passport/government photo ID and Confirmation Slip at the counter where you will be given an Access Card. Your Access Card is important as it serves as a boarding pass, cabin key and charge card onboard.
Admiral Class, Balcony Class and World Cruiser guests will receive Yellow, Red and
Blue Access Cards respectively.
Please ensure to have the relevant immigration forms completed together with your passport during check-in.

Boarding
Guests will need to pass through security screening and present their Access card prior to boarding.
Those cruising with children may hold their children’s Access Cards on their behalf. As embarkation procedures may change and vary from port to port please follow the directions of the crew and signage to embark the ship.
